Breaking down the Mystery Religion – The Madonna Figure (part one)
For those that think there are no conspiracies, only coincidences
This was originally a single post but it became too long so I decided to split it into two parts.
Note that it’s also part of an overarching theme/series I will be exploring, which is breaking down the esoteric elements and historical references to the ‘old religion’, or Mystery Babylon religion, which has permeated all aspects of our lives.
Intro
Religion is one of the most powerful tools of control throughout the ages. That’s why I pick on it so much.
It’s been used as a catalyst to wage wars throughout history. It’s been used as a tool by rulers, who think they rule by divine right, to keep populations enslaved under their thumbs with various threats.
And worst of all, fake doctrines – aka the exoteric versions – have been pushed onto the masses instead of the true spiritual teachings that have been shielded only for the so-called adepts of the Mystery Schools and secret societies. The latter are referred to as the esoteric teachings which are occulted (which just means hidden). Buried in the various religions are clues to the esoteric teachings but the major institutions that control the doctrine push false messages to subvert the minds of their followers. It’s all about control.
Consider how the ‘elites’ edited the bible many times over the centuries. The Council of Nicaea in particular made drastic changes in favor of the occult class – namely removing real spiritual teachings of Jesus and insisted on church-sponsored doctrine which coincidentally resulted in more centralized control and a focus on the material. It also eventually led to mass-murder of any opposing forms of Christianity – just as Jesus would have wanted, right?
Remember, in the land of blind, the one-eyed man is king. Consider that meaning of the one-eye symbolism so widespread in the occult.
And, as I’ve mentioned before, I don’t hate religion – in fact, I think it offers many positive things for the world. It provides a moral scaffolding / framework of sorts. It gives many people meaning in their life.
It’s organized religion that I despise due to its blatant manipulation of its believers / followers. The major religions of the world have been co-opted for a long time and push exoteric false doctrines that keep people in a slave mindset.
As I wrote about in my article Christmas is a pagan holiday, I plan to write more about the pagan influence on Christianity and, more broadly, dissecting the major religions and culture more generally for their pagan and sun-worshiping roots.
It’s perhaps the most important discussion to be had today as it helps makes sense of everything else going on in the world. It provides a framework from which to understand the world.
In this post we’ll go through the Virgin Mary / Madonna figure and what it represents, as well as the same figure prior to Christianity that can be found in other religions. We’ll see how, once again, Christianity uses many of the same pagan figures and traditions in the mother goddess figure. We’ll see how most pagan people worshiped a mother goddess figure.
Once I started connecting these dots, my worldview forever shifted.
We’ll also see how the old Babylonian pagan religion is still alive and well in the world today.
Semiramis
Any effort to trace the origins of the myth, legend, and lore of goddess-worship will eventually lead one back to a single historical figure---Semiramis, wife of Nimrod and queen of Babylon, and this is especially true when considering the goddess/planet Venus.
Some would argue that Semiramis was the main creator of the mystery religion of Babylon, along with help from Nimrod and others.
Nimrod was, among many things, a master builder (aka mason, perhaps the first one) and attempted to build the tower of Babel to reach God.
The destruction of the tower, and Babylon, dispersed the peoples in the surrounding lands. God, as punishment for this attempt to reach him, confused the world’s languages – as a result when the dispersed people told the stories of the homeland, the names of the characters changed but the core story was the same. This is key to understanding how we get essentially the same stories told over time, with slight variations.
Semiramis was a skilled politician and leader. After Nimrod’s assassination she wanted to remain in power, so she convinced everyone she was pregnant and that the son, Tammuz, was Nimrod reincarnated. The story is essentially exactly the same as Isis’ story with Horus and Osiris which I’ll cover next.
When Nimrod was assassinated, he was cut into pieces and spread amongst the land. Semiramis found all the pieces but couldn’t find his phallus, so she recreated it as an obelisk – this is the real meaning of the various obelisks in the world, a post I’ll write in the future, but I’ll expand on a bit later in this post for necessary context. She used this obelisk, representative of the masculine force of creation and regeneration (also the sun as I’ve alluded to) in order to impregnate herself.
Then the ‘miracle birth’ of Tammuz (or Nimrod reincarnated) took place. Sound familiar to subsequent miraculous births?
Isis
Perhaps the most famous example predating Mary is that of Isis – however, keep in mind this is just the same goddess figure, just a different name and very slight variations. Much like Semiramis was a central figure in ancient Mesopotamia, Isis was a central figure in ancient Egypt.
Here’s a snapshot of Isis from Wikipedia:
Isis was first mentioned in the Old Kingdom (c. 2686 – c. 2181 BCE) as one of the main characters of the Osiris myth, in which she resurrects her slain brother and husband, the divine king Osiris, and produces and protects his heir, Horus. She was believed to help the dead enter the afterlife as she had helped Osiris, and she was considered the divine mother of the pharaoh, who was likened to Horus. Her maternal aid was invoked in healing spells to benefit ordinary people. Originally, she played a limited role in royal rituals and temple rites, although she was more prominent in funerary practices and magical texts. She was usually portrayed in art as a human woman wearing a throne-like hieroglyph on her head. During the New Kingdom (c. 1550 – c. 1070 BCE), as she took on traits that originally belonged to Hathor, the preeminent goddess of earlier times, Isis was portrayed wearing Hathor's headdress: a sun disk between the horns of a cow.
Here’s an excerpt from The Secret Teachings of All Ages, a book I highly recommend,
This Egyptian deity under many names appears as the principle of natural fecundity among nearly all the religions of the ancient world. She was known as the goddess with ten thousand appellations and was metamorphosed by Christianity into the Virgin Mary, for Isis, although she gave birth to all living things--chief among them the Sun--still remained a virgin, according to the legendary accounts.
Her husband Osiris was also assassinated and chopped into pieces, which she went on a quest to put back together. She also couldn’t find the last missing piece, the phallus, so she recreated it with a giant stone obelisk – which, as you guessed it, used to impregnate herself with. She also used various magic rituals to perform such a feat.
Above we see Isis and Horus alongside Mary and Jesus. Look familiar?
This Madonna figure represents the symbolic World Virgin and is found throughout history.
Columbia – the goddess we all know, but didn’t know it
Columbia, another name for the Semiramis/Isis/etc. figure, is still worshiped to this day. But unknowingly to 99% of people. She really is just as popular as she was during ancient Mesopotamian or Egyptian times but it’s done in a covert way now.
Here we’ll see just how prominent this figure is in a variety of areas.
Washington, DC
Washington DC, the power center of the world’s superpower, is named after her – DC stands for District of Columbia, after all.
The nation’s capital is riddled with hidden symbology. Much of it is occult and/or masonic. Recall that the US was not founded as a Christian nation, after all – they were masons more than anything.
The main focus in this section will be the Washington Monument and the Capitol Building.
And let’s start with a question: Have you ever wondered why a giant Egyptian obelisk (the Washington Monument) stands so prominently in DC?
It’s because it’s paying homage to the mystery religion. It represents the phallus of Osiris, the masculine energy of the universe – aka the generative force.
And what is directly across the obelisk? The Capitol Building, shaped as a womb to represent the feminine energy.
And who sits atop the capitol building? None other than Columbia, the usual goddess figure I’ve documented here to great detail. I’m sure that’s just a coincidence though.
Essentially, in a metaphorical sense it’s the same act of Isis impregnating herself with the obelisk I’ve documented above.
Not only that, but paying homage to their sun worship traditions, the Columbia figure faces east towards the rising sun. It’s also called the Statue of Freedom - keep this in mind for the next example of another ‘freedom’ reference in the form of a goddess statue.
This balance of masculine and feminine symbology and energy is common with these occultists. They’re essentially symbols of sex and sexual vitality/energy. Masons are builders and they have, throughout their history, attempted to incorporate sacred geometry as well as other secrets of the universe into their buildings/constructions. The symbols give necessary clues to fellow adepts. The obelisk is one such symbol and is commonly found across from a symbol of femininity such as a dome.
From freemasoninformation.com,
The Egyptians were undoubtedly one of the first nations who cultivated geometry as a science. “It was not less useful and necessary to them,” as Goguet observes (Orig. des Lois., I., iv., 4), “in the affairs of life, than agreeable to their speculatively philosophical genus.” From Egypt, which was the parent both of the sciences and the mysteries of the Pagan world, it passed over into other countries; and geometry and Operative Masonry have ever been found together, the latter carrying into execution those designs which were first traced according to the principles of the former.
“As above, so below” as the saying goes. The most impressive structures that have been built are paying homage to this quote in an attempt to harness, and showcase, the powers of the universe.
And countless visitors go to the monument each year as part of a twisted ritual they’re unaware of.
Statue of Liberty
From stillnessinthestorm.com we get this overview that ties together the connection,
The Statue of Isis was first known as Liberty Enlightening the World, but is now more commonly called, the “Statue of Liberty.” However, we must ask ourselves, “Is she truly enlightening the world, or is she actually the Goddess who keeps our illumination in the shadows as she holds the light above in her torch, only to hide the truth from the profane (uninitiated) of the abyss (sea of humanity) who are kept in the dark?”
A secret that keeps most of the population of the United States in complete ignorance as they are cast under the wicked spell of Isis. A Goddess of both Heaven and Hell.
The world-famous statue is located in the New York harbor, and was presented as a gift in the year 1884 from French Freemasons of the Grand Orient to their Mason Bro’s in the United States. The statue was designed by well-known French Freemasons, sculptor Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi, displaying the Hidden Hand of Freemasonry in the image below and Engineer, Gustave Eiffel (A.G. Eiffel).
Columbia Pictures
She also has a motion picture company dedicated to her. And the symbol looks awfully similar to other goddess figures pointed out before…
More light / sun symbology. And she’s standing atop a pyramid.
Columbia University
She also has one of the most prominent universities in the country (and world) named after her. Smack dab in the middle of the campus is a giant sundisk as well.
Colombia
The country in South America.
CBS
Columbia Broadcasting System is one of the largest media companies in the world.
It also has an all seeing eye in its logo to remove any doubts about its allegiance.
She even has a day of the week
Friday is named after Frigga, wife of Odin from Norse mythology. She was the goddess of fertility and goddess of the dead, just like Isis.
Starbucks
If you needed another reason not to drink this terrible coffee, let this be it.
To the average coffee drinker and person on the street, the relationship between Sirens and the Starbuck logo is relatively unknown. The logo also resembles a goddess from history named ‘Astarte’. From the Bronze Age through to Classical times, Astarte was a goddess worshipped throughout the Eastern Mediterranean. She was a deity linked to fertility, sexuality and war. Astarte is also known for being a ‘snake’ goddess, and having her own cult worship.
One of Astarte’s symbols was a star within a circle, which was used to symbolize the planet Venus. Interestingly, two stars are found within the green circle surrounding the logo character of the former Starbucks logo, which was used to separate ‘Starbucks’ and ‘Coffee.’ Artistic depictions of the goddess often show her naked.
The logo of the goddess has the crown and star, referencing the sun/light illuminating the way.
Those objects to her left and right are her legs spread wide open too. Some argue the twin tails represent duality, or the yin and yang / masculine and feminine. That’s likely true, but given this figure’s role as a sex and fertility goddess, I think it’s clear which case is the stronger one.
Consider this particular depiction of the goddess figure but extrapolate it to the Capitol Building and the Washington Monument (the obelisk / Osiris’ phallus).
Now you understand how these physical objects represent something much more profound.
Conclusion of part one
In the next part I’ll cover the esoteric elements of the Madonna figure, references to current examples (aside from Starbucks), and a whole lot more. Be sure to read part two because it ties together a lot of concepts.
